What it does
Astraya is a tarot app. You type a question, draw a card, and a reading is written about the card you drew and the thing you asked. It comes back in your own language, in a voice that sounds like a person rather than a textbook.
- One card for a quick answer, or three cards for past, present, and where it is heading.
- A card of the day, on its own allowance, so checking in every morning costs you nothing.
- AI readers — fictional characters with different tones. Pick the one whose voice suits the question.
- Your history stays on your phone, and the last 20 readings work with no signal at all.
- Sixteen languages, including French, German, Italian, Turkish, Thai, Hindi, Filipino, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, and both Chinese scripts.
Written by AI, and we say so
Every reading, and every reply from an AI reader, is written by a language model. The readers are fictional characters: they are not real fortune tellers, they have no history of reading for anyone, and the app tells you this before you send a first message.

Free, with an optional Premium
Every day the free tier gives you two single-card readings and two three-card readings, plus the card of the day on its own allowance. Watching a video advertisement unlocks one more single-card reading and up to three more three-card readings. You can also try the AI readers with 30 messages, once; after that, a video advertisement gives you 3 more messages a day. Premium removes the advertisements, raises the daily allowances to 10 of each, and lets you keep talking to the AI readers, with messages that refill over time.
In the Community chat rooms, free accounts can post 30 messages a day and Premium has no daily limit. If you want, you can follow a room to be notified of new messages — at most once every 30 minutes per room, and a notification never shows what anyone wrote.
Prices come from Google Play or the App Store in your own currency, and are always shown before you pay.
Your questions
The question you type is sent to our language-model provider so a reading can be written, and the copy held by our gateway is deleted after 7 days. It is never used for advertising and never sold. Your reading history is stored on your device, not on our servers.
